Arrival & Depature

Overview Map (Click = Fullsize)

he event will be car-free. This means we only provide accessible parking spaces for people with disabilities. Further information can be found in the „Accessibility“ section. Please use public transport for your arrival and departure, or come by bike or on foot. All three arrival/departure options are no problem! Due to its central location, Tempelhof Airport is very well connected.

BY CAR

There are NO PARKING SPACES available near the event site. We recommend using the Park & Ride system and using other parking areas in the surrounding area. The Park & Ride parking spaces have good connections to the S-Bahn lines. Additional parking spaces are available at the exhibition center (Masurenallee), at Hammarskjöldplatz, and on Jafféstraße. However, some of these are subject to a fee.

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

The ticket is valid for arrival and departure within the Berlin fare zone from two hours before admission until 3:00 a.m. the following day.

Ticket buyers via Ticketmaster will receive an order confirmation with detailed instructions on how to obtain their public transport ticket.

To use the mobile ticket for public transport on the day of the event, you must download the corresponding BVG combo ticket. This is easily done via the BVG Ticketmaster Tool website. Enter the order number and the purchaser’s last name. The BVG combo tickets can then be personalized and downloaded for each visitor.

You can find the latest information and timetables in the BVG Fahrinfo app.

Please note that the shortest route to the venue is not always the fastest. Stations may be closed at short notice during peak times.

Subway: U6, U7, U8

Subway stations: Platz der Luftbrücke (U6), Gneisenaustraße (U7), Boddinstraße (U8), Südstern (U7), Mehringdamm (U7), Alt-Tempelhof (U6)

ATTENTION: Tempelhof S-Bahn station is closed! Please use Südkreuz S-Bahn station. From here, it is approximately a 20-minute walk to the south entrance.

Bus line: M43 (Platz der Luftbrücke, Columbiadamm/Friesenstraße, Golßener Straße, Friedhöfe), 248 (Columbiadamm/Friesenstraße, Platz der Luftbrücke)

BY BICYCLE

There is a bicycle parking area near the North Entrance. This is best accessed via the North/Columbiadamm Entrance. There are no bicycle parking facilities around the Tempelhofer Damm Entrance and the South Entrance. For safety reasons, please do not lock your bicycles to fences or barriers!

For safety reasons, parking e-scooters and shared bikes around the entrances and gates is not permitted. There is a specially designated area near the South Entrance / Tempelhofer Damm where you can park your e-scooters and shared bikes: Tempelhofer Damm 45, opposite Paradestraße. All other areas will be closed for parking.

DEPARTURE

As a rule of thumb, the nearest train stations will be the busiest. Various U-Bahn and S-Bahn lines around Tempelhof Airport are within walking distance. A few minutes‘ extra walking time will significantly reduce waiting times. Planning ahead will also reduce both traffic congestion and stress.

At the North Exit, toward Columbiadamm, wait times are generally shorter.

Departure from the bicycle parking area:

For safety reasons, you must leave the premises north of the bicycle parking area, toward the Columbiadamm exit.

Please avoid unnecessary noise and littering when leaving. The neighborhood will tolerate the concert, so we ask you to respect the quiet at night.

If you experience or observe a critical incident yourself, please contact our staff on site. They can contact the awareness team for you at any time. You will find the contact information on notices posted around the venue.

WHAT DOES AWARENESS MEAN?

We understand “awareness” as a collective mission to treat each other with care and sensitivity, to respect the boundaries of others, and to take responsibility for our own behavior and for each other. We stand up for inclusion, diversity, and respectful interaction with each other, both on and off stage, so that EVERYONE involved in our event can feel comfortable and safe.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR?

Any form of discrimination, harassment, physical or verbal assault, or trivialization thereof will not be tolerated. In the event of critical incidents, we reserve the right to issue expulsion orders or take further measures. Only the person affected can decide what constitutes inappropriate behavior!

WHO IS THERE FOR ME IF I AM NOT FEELING WELL?

In addition to security and paramedics, our Awareness Team from the Barrierefrei Feiern is also available. You can contact them directly if your concern is not a medical emergency or if you are unsure how to deal with a critical situation.

Of course, in an emergency situation, you can contact any staff member on the premises, who will be able to call for assistance quickly.

ACCESSIBILITY & SERVICES FOR GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES

One focus of our services is on accessibility and inclusion, as it is very important to us that all visitors feel equally welcome at the concert and have a good time. We are supported in this process by experts from the Barrierefrei Feiern initiative.

Together with them, we have compiled the most important information on this page regarding accessible travel, access, and measures on site.

If you have any further concerns or questions about accessibility, please contact us at barrierefrei@thf.live.

We have compiled the most important information for our guests with disabilities in the “Accessibility” section. If you have any further questions or suggestions, please contact barrierefrei@thf.live

SERVICES FOR VISITORS WITH DISABILITIES

To ensure that everyone feels safe and welcome on site, the trained awareness team from the Barrierefrei Feiern initiative will be on hand. If you have any questions or need assistance, you can contact the inclusive team before and during the event.

TICKETS FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS

Tickets for wheelchair users and holders of a severely disabled pass marked with a B can still be booked via the Ticketmaster ticket hotline. The hotline is available from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the following number: +49 30 40 818 824 (local rate).

BARRIER-FREE ACCESS BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Due to structural problems, the Tempelhof S-Bahn station will be closed before, during, and after the Keinemusik event. We have therefore compiled a list of alternative barrier-free routes for you here:

S-BAHN

The nearest S-Bahn station is Südkreuz, which is about 2 km from the SOUTH entrance and about 2.5 km from the NORTH entrance. We recommend switching to the BVG-Muva service (see below) from the Südkreuz stop.

SUBWAY

Under “Getting here,” you will find all nearby subway stations. The closest accessible subway station is Platz der Luftbrücke, from which it is about 2 km to the SOUTH entrance and 2 km to the NORTH entrance. We recommend changing from Platz der Luftbrücke station to the BVG-Muva service (see below).

The Paradestraße subway station is also accessible. However, it may be closed at short notice before, during, and after the event due to increased congestion.

BVG-MUVA

BVG-Muva is a shuttle service in Berlin that provides people with disabilities with barrier-free connections between S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations or bus stops. For example, when elevators are not working or the distance is too long.

  • Here’s how it works: You can book trips spontaneously or up to 7 days in advance using the BVG Muva app or by calling +49 30 256 55 555. We recommend the following destination: S/U Tempelhof, from where it is 1 km to the SOUTH entrance. Please note: The Tempelhof S-Bahn and U-Bahn station will be closed on the day of the event.
  • Who can book a ride? People with disabilities who, for example, are dependent on a wheelchair or walker, but also blind people with their assistance dogs.
  • The cost: With a valid VBB ticket or a valid token in your severely disabled pass, the trip costs nothing extra. If necessary, your companion and/or assistance dog can also travel with you free of charge.
  • All further information can be found here.

BUS

The nearest bus stop is S+U Tempelhof. Lines 140, N6, and N84 stop here.

ACCESSIBLE PARKING

There are several disabled parking spaces available near the venue. Holders of a “blue parking permit” and holders of a severely disabled pass marked with the letter B are entitled to park here. The person with a disability does not have to be the owner of the vehicle. To use the disabled parking space, a reservation must be made at least 48 hours before the event. To make a reservation, please send us the relevant proof, the license plate number of the car to be parked, your full name, and a cell phone number to the following email address: barrierefrei@thf.live

Access to the disabled parking lot is via Tempelhofer Damm 45, 12101 Berlin, opposite Paradestr. and is signposted on site. There is an accessible portable toilet at the disabled parking area.

ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE

There is an accessible entrance at both entrances (NORTH and SOUTH), which is marked accordingly.

BRINGING ASSISTANCE AND GUIDE DOGS

Certified assistance and guide dogs are welcome.

ACCESSIBLE TOILETS

There are several accessible toilets on the premises. Most of these are accessible portable toilets. There is an accessible flush toilet container near the SOUTH entrance.

WHEELCHAIR PLATFORM

There is a barrier-free platform on the premises with a good view of the stage. This platform can be used by wheelchair users and their companions. A wheelchair user ticket is required for this.

People who rely on a walker and/or people of short stature can also access this platform. Please contact the Awareness Team of the Barrier-Free Celebrations Initiative on site.

MEDICATION

Visitors who rely on medication are asked to bring appropriate proof of necessity with them.

Safety

The event site is not a lawless area. The concert was planned in cooperation with the relevant safety authorities and will be supervised by the police, fire department, and medical services. In addition, a calculated number of security personnel will be provided to ensure the safety of the concert and guarantee that you and everyone else involved can enjoy themselves. In case of emergency, please contact the security staff at any time—they know what to do and will help you immediately.

SITES

Here are the official site rules for the event area.

HOUSE RULES

The organizers and their authorized third parties have the right to enforce house rules throughout the event. The instructions of the organizers‘ security staff must be followed at all times. Persons wearing clothing with inhuman, homophobic, right-wing extremist, or any other discriminatory background, or carrying racist, xenophobic, and/or radical propaganda material, will not be admitted to the premises and will not receive a refund of the ticket price. Persons who attract attention on the premises through the above-mentioned statements or behavior will be immediately expelled from the event premises without a refund of the ticket price.

Each visitor is personally liable for any damage they cause. The procurement of reportable items and consumption of prohibited substances of any kind (drugs) on the event grounds is illegal. Laser pointers are prohibited throughout the entire event grounds.

WEATHER

Sun protection:

A cloudless sky and warm sunshine put everyone in a good mood – but important things are often forgotten: Drink water regularly to keep your body hydrated – both during the day and in the evening. You will find free drinking water stations on the event grounds. Use sunscreen with a high sun protection factor and reapply it several times, especially during prolonged exposure to the sun. Protect your head with a cap or hat and wear light clothing that covers as much skin as possible.

Rainy weather:

Be well prepared for changeable weather and choose your clothing so that you can enjoy the event even in the rain.

Storms & severe weather:

Your safety is our top priority. We work with weather experts who keep a constant eye on the situation. If severe weather is forecast, you will be informed immediately. In such cases, your points of contact are the security service and the event staff. They know what to do and will instruct you accordingly.

What to do during a thunderstorm:

Follow the announcements and instructions of the security staff.

Pay attention to the information on the digital display boards.

Stay informed via our social media channels.

FIRE AND FIRES

What to do in case of fire:

If a fire breaks out, try to stay calm and don’t panic. If you discover a fire and report it to the fire department (112) or security personnel, you should be prepared to answer the following questions:

  • Where exactly is the fire?
  • What is on fire?
  • Are people injured? If so, how many?
  • What kind of injuries are there?

Important: Stay on the line or on the call—there may be follow-up questions!

EVACUATION

If it is no longer possible to ensure sufficient safety on the premises in the event of danger, we reserve the right to evacuate the event site.

In this case, the following applies:

  • Stay calm, safety comes first.
  • Follow the instructions of the team and the stewards.
  • Help each other – look out for your fellow human beings.
  • Use the marked exits.
  • Stay informed via social media and information boards.
